SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE
Balaji Udaiyar is a mechanical engineer by qualification. Since childhood he had envisioned and dreamt of becoming an IPS officer. Hence, after completion of his engineering degree, he started preparing for UPSC Civil Service exams. He was simultaneously working in a company for around 7 months just to gain experience. But eventually, he had to quit that job because of slow growth and job dissatisfaction.
When he received an e-mail for interview from The Pioneer Organisation, he attended the interview and cracked it. He was also fortunate to attend the Annual Convention Rally 2016, which made him realize the importance of this opportunity and he decided to work for long-term.
With the guidance of the Organisation Head Mr. Kishore Tarachandani and Business Head Mr. Mayur Aher, he understood the whole business and its growth structure. From then, he was determined to become an entrepreneur.
Initially, he faced a lot of challenges like health issues and family negatives.
But he was very clear with his goals and didn't lose his attitude or self-belief, which helped him to overcome all those challenges and gave path to grow in this business. He had traveled to many cities for road trips and RNR's which gave him lot of exposure and confidence.
With everyone's support and his perseverance, he could achieve this Ownership and became a Business Head. His journey started and he knew that there is a long way to go and lots more to achieve. It really gives him an immense pleasure to run his own business and provide career opportunities to many unemployed individuals who are looking for Growth, Money and Satisfaction in their work.
